Prices shown are for orders for dyeing same fabric clothing at a time. Please be noted that delivery date starts from a business day after we received and checked your items. (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) We will make sure to ship your order within listed dates.

If you would like your orders delivered, shipping fees will be charged. All items are delivered by Yamato Transport (Kuroneko Yamato). Please contact us in advance if you would like to request for your shipping method, delivery date or time.

- Please make payment by the day before the scheduled finish date.
- Please enter your company name (or the name of the person in charge) as the transfer holder.
- Customers are responsible for the transfer fee.
Black Dyeing and Shipping Schedule
Items brought by the third Saturday will be delivered by early next month.
Precautions
- As we let fabric dry naturally, we might need to consult with you for delivery date due to weather conditions.
- We provide estimate for dyeing samples (available from one item). Please contact us.
- Buttons and zippers might deteriorate in the process of dyeing and processing. If you are concerned, please have them removed in advance.
- It might occur that lined clothing lose its shape, as shrink rage differs.
- Processed fabric, such as water-repellent, might dyed partially uneven.
- Leathers shrink extremely. Please make sure there are no leathers attached.
- There are cases that polyester is used in sewing thread. Please be informed that polyester blended thread cannot be dyed.
- Please choose from dark blue or black for used clothes dyeing. We offer you single color dyeing.
- Clothing might shrink depending on the thread’s process or fabric properties.
- We carefully wash the clothing before black dyeing, however if there were oil stains left, it could be colored uneven.
- Please be noted that there are cases we might have to ask you to extend the delivery date in order to collect certain amount of fabrics before we start dyeing and processing.
Orders And Delivery (For home delivery service)
- Send us a package of items and an order form. Shipping charge is on the customers.
- We contact you whether they are applicable for dyeing, as soon as we check the conditions, numbers and weight of your items.
- After confirming the order and the price, we will start on washing, dyeing and processing then naturally dry them.
- To make sure all is complete, we inspect each of the finished items.
- Finally, we deliver you your re-dyed items with a delivery notice.
